Day 01: Arrival Delhi

Delhi Airport on your arrival at IGI airport (Indira Gandi International Airport), you would meet our tour executive at the arrival lounge. From there you would be transferred to your prebooked hotel. At the hotel, you would get a traditional greeting from the hotel staff. This would be your day and you would have a full choice to spend it your ways. A classic way to do is sleeping. This would help you to shed off the tiredness, which you would accumulated over a period of time. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 02: Delhi
Delhi would be the first destination to explore on your Desert Ganga tour. You would take your breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. The menu card would have all sort of cuisine, from continental to Chinese to Mughlai. If you prefer light breakfast, please ask for it.

After sumptous breakfast, we would board the coach/cab and then leave for sightseeing tour. Akshardham temple would be the first architecture, which we would be exploring. This newly built temple has become a major attraction and we are sure that you would like the time you would spend here.

We would take Boat ride ( Sanskruti vihar) which is a 12 minutes show and offers glimpse of 1000 years old India's historic past. Then there are other attractions like - Hall of Fame, Musical Fountains and Garden of India. In totallity it would take 5 to 6 hrs to explore the temple.

Later in the second half, we would explore Old Delhi. Old Delhi comprise of attractions like Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid and the Purna quila. We also have Chandni chowk, the place famous for its rickshaw ride through which you can watch the Mughal architecture present in the region. We would cover the tourist spots according to the time availablitity and importance.

We would resturn to our hotel where delecious food would be served. We would recommend you to pack your bags in the night itself as the next morning we have leave for Nawalgarh, a heritage city of Rajasthan. Overnight stay in the hotel.


Nawalgarh Haveli Museum :: Rajasthan IndiaDay 03: Delhi/ Nawalgarh
From Delhi, we would take up an early drive after breakfast. From Delhi we would be moving to Nawalgarh, a city part of a beautiful Shekhawati township. It covers various museums, havelies and townships. We would have booked your room in one of the best hotels in Nawalgarh. The city comprises of Heritage Havelis which have magnificently painted walls, vibrant murals which showcases the Rajasthani culture.

Other than Havelis we would try to sight attractions like Nawalgarh fort and Roop Niwas Palace. The entire day would be quite hectic . So we have to keep our pace as we would be spending only one day in Nawalgarh. If you would insist we would make it more relaxing but then we may not be able to cover some of the tourist spots mentioned above.

After exploring the city we would resort back to our hotel room your food would be served. After having your food just don’t wait but break loose on the the bed and dream for the next day which you are goind to spend in Bikaner. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Flight Air Sahara S2-115 - Depart Delhi 12:45 hrs, Arrival Varanasi 15:25 hrs



Day 04: Nawalgarh/Bikaner
We would leave Nawalgarh early morning and would reach Bikaner by noon. After breakfast, we would move out to explore the various monuments the city have.

In Bikaner, we would first visit the Camel Research & Breeding Farm. This farm is 8 kms from Asia and considered one of its kind in Asia. Here you can see the raring of camels and also watch how camels are trained. The time you are going to spend here is going to be exotic, as it would come as sigh of relief in a heritage tour. It would be as if you have come for scientic relevation.

Lalgarh Palace, Junagarh Fort and Ganga Golden Jubilee Museum are some of the best-known tourists spots, which we are going to explore.

In the evening, we would try to visit a nearby village. Villages in Rajasthan are rich repository of culture. We would arrange a house where you can spend your evening. People of Rajasthan are quite homely and friendly to their guest. They carry, the mantra of ‘Athitho Dev Bhava’, Guest is God. They will serve you Rajasthani food. The food served might be spicy but we are sure that you would like everything as their hospitality is going to be immpeccable. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Khimsar Fort Bikaner :: Rajasthan IndiaDay 05: Bikaner/Jaisalmer
From Bikaner we would move to Jaisalmer. We would have to travel 330 kms from Bikaner to enter a new world of heritage Jaisalmer. It would take 5 hrs to reach Jaisalmer. We would have booked your hotel room in one of the best known hotels in Jaisalmer. You would get an invigorating welcome in Jaisalmer from the hotel staff. ( If you want we would book your room in a heritage hotel but it would depend on your budget as heritage hotels are bit costliers than normal luxurius hotel.)

The remaing day we would spend in Jaisalmer markets. These markets are colurful representation of exotic Rajasthan culture. Overnight stay in the hotel.


Day 06: Jaisalmer
This day would be totally dedicated to Jaisalmer. We would start our foray after breakfast. Jaisalmer is a heritage city and you would love to explore the ecstacies of this city. We would visit some other tourist spots, which would comprise of the Jain temples, Salim-Singh-ki-Haveli and Desert Culture Centre. Each tourist spot would be as charming as another. The entire day you would be engaged in moving from one tourist spot to another. Jaisalmer is a ‘Land of golden sands’ and you would be amongst the few travellers who would cover it. Overnight stay in the hotel.


Jaisalmer Fort, Rajasthan IndiaDay 07: Jaisalmer/Jodhpur
Jodhpur from Jaisalmer, you would move to Jodhpur, which is 300 kms away. The time taken to move from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur would be 5 hrs. In Jodhpur, you would come across the various facets of Rajasthani culture. Our sightseeing tour would involve visit to Meharangarh fort and Bishnoi temples. The village would offer a rare glimpse into the rich culture and true essence of India. It depicts the memorable moments of great desert landscape. Overnight stay in the hotel.
 
Day 08:Jodhpur
Jodhpur on the seventh day of your Desert Ganga tour, we would return to Jodhpur. Your rooms would be booked. We would visit the famous Jaswant Thada, a flawlessly executed Rajputana piece. We would cover all the tourist destination, which we haven’t covered in our earlier trip to Jodhpur.

In the late evening, we would watch a puppet show, which would depict the stories of Rajasthan kings and queens. The puppet show show is Rajasthani traditional art form which depicts the beauty of Indian culture. Overnight stay in the hotel.


Mehrangarh Fort Jodhpur, Rajasthan IndiaDay 09: Jodhpur/Pushkar
Pushkar from Jodhpur, you would move to Pushkar, which is located at a 210 kms distance. In Pushkar,we have number of things to unveil which include the some of the famous Hindu temples like the only Brahma temple and Ghats. A dip in the Pushkar Lake is considered auspicious and you would surely love the time you would spend here. It is one of the holiest pilgrimage site. Your rooms in Pushkar would be prebooked, drop in your baggage, refresh yourself and move out to explore Pushkar. Overnight stay in the hotel.


Day 10:Pushkar/Samode
Samode this morning we would leave for Samode. Samode is a quaint little village famous for its havelis. With prebooked room in a good hotel, you would not have to waste time in searching a hotel for yourself. We would explore the famous Samode Palace whose history dates back to 400 year ago. The palaces are quite famous for its ornate interiors and are fine example Rajput architecture. We would also explore some of the old havelis in the region which colorfully depict the ancient past of Samode heritage. After scrutinizing the beauty of Samode, we would return to our hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.



Pushkar GhatDay 11:Samode/Jaipur
It is going to be a morning drive and we would take our breakfast on way. Being the capital city of Rajasthan, Jaipur becomes the most saught destinations in India. Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Amber Palace are few of the sights, which you are going to explore.

We would book a good resort for you in Jaipur. Unlike other tour itineraries, your Jaipur travel will involve visiting block-printing factory, gem cutting, carpet factory, silk shops. Late evening, you will resort back to your hotel. With in the resort, a puppet show will be held follow up with a dinner. Sleep tight as next morning we would leave Rajasthan and enter another state - Uttar Pradesh. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 12:Jaipur/Agra
From Jaipur, we woulld move to Agra which is at 4 and half hrs from Jaipur. The city is better known for housing the World Heritage Site - Taj Mahal. We would have booked your room in one of the finest hotel in Agra as per your demand.

We would also visit Sikandra, which falls on the same route to Agra. Sikandra is a beautiful mausoleum which was constructed by Akbar himself and is a perfect blend of Hindu, Christian, Islamic, Buddhist, Jain motifs.

Post lunch, we would be exploring Taj Mahal - one of the Seven Wonders of the World and surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created.

Being in Agra, we cannot miss the other form - Agra fort. Spanning over an area of 2.5 kms, Agra fort is constructed along the Yamuna River and is one of the best form of Mughal architecture. Return back to hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Taj Mahal Agra, IndiaDay 13:Agra/Jhansi/Orchha
Orcha Fort From Agra, we would take an express train to Jhansi. From Jhansi, we would transfer to Orchha either via a cab or deluxe bus. At Orchha, we would visit the famous Orchha Fort, Ram Raja Temple and Phool Bagh. Return back to our hotel room after the sightseeing tour. Overnight stay in the hotel.


Day 14:Orchha/Khajuraho
Our representative would be along and would be helping you out in everything possible. We would transfer you to one of the best hotels in the city. As far exploration is concerned, the Khajuraho temples offer the best scenic view of the city. Included in UNESCO World Heritage Site, Khajuraho temples forms a major attraction. Overnight stay in the hotel.


Eastern Group Khajuraho, IndiaDay 15:Khajuraho/Varanasi
From Khajuraho, we would move to Varanasi, another pilgrimage spot in Uttar pradesh. In Varanasi,you would explore some fascinating tourist spots, which would include Vishwanath Temple and the Ghats. In the evening, we would take you to a palm reader, who would forecast your future by reading the lines on the palms. Overnight stay in the hotel.



Day 16:Varanasi
This would be our second day in Varanasi and we would cover the remaining Ghats of the city. Return back to hotel.Overnight stay in the hotel.



Varanasi Ghat, IndiaDay 17:Varanasi/Delhi
From Varanasi, we would move to Delhi. Transfer to Airport flight to Delhi. Overnight stay in the hotel.



Day 18:Delhi
After breakfast free for leisure. Late pm transfer to Airport.
